Bee has over 30 years experience in the skincare/beauty industry, having worked for companies such as dermalogica, Clarins, Thalgo, & Clinique in a variety of sales & training roles.  Striving to achieve a better work/life balance resulted in the creation of The Garden Retreat - a "bijou" salon retreat in the garden of her family home where for the last 6 years, she's warmly welcomed clients to relax & unwind in an environment quite different to your usual high street salon but still with complete professionalism.
